大连市政府为进一步发展我市国际学生教育，鼓励国际学生进校后勤奋学习，特设立了“大连市政府外国留学生奖学金”。

Dalian Government Scholarship Awards Ceremony of 2012 held by School of International Education
For the further development of the international students education and encourage them to study diligently, the Dalian Government Scholarship has been established.
On Nov.27th, 2013, Associate Professor Chen Hong-Jun, Dean of school of international education, issued the certificates and scholarship to six award-winning students.
After the awards ceremony, a brief meeting was held. Associate Prof. Chen expressed congratulations to the students and hoped they can keep up the good work, make progress with other students together. Then, Chen asked about their studies and life at DUT, took their opinions and suggestions, and gave them patient and meticulous answers. The students expressed their pride and satisfaction of studying in DUT, and showed their expectation to the further development of education for international students.
In the end, Chen wish all the students can have a happy time in DUT, and welcome more students come to study here.
